I am about to embark on a business with two collegues, we are interested in online booking. However, we currently work with the “simply physio” software that allows us to schedule, keeps track of all bookings/clients as well as minor accounting. I’m not familiar with the “minor accounting” features offered by your current software so I can’t give you an accurate comparison between it and Genbook. Genbook does allow you to collect fees for appointments when they are scheduled via the web – which is a HUGE plus for many small business owners.
What I can recommend is giving the Genbook software a try since they offer a 30 day free trial. That way you can compare apples to oranges so to speak and see which fits your business best.
